This is the place to take your first steps towards health and wellness. We use the term ‘Pre-Beginner’ to describe our exercise videos. All are short (5-20 minutes) and all are mindful that many women are using walkers, wheelchairs or other assists. Citrine Women’s Network exercises are available on VideoOnDemand. You can start slow, one exercise at a time. As you improve, add more exercises. VideoOnDemand is a monthly fee of 9.99 (plus tax) and you can access it anytime.
